Jon falls into a state of total distress when he notices he has developed some sort of white spots on his backside. What could it be? How can he get rid of them? Will his girlfriend continue to love him now with this flaw?

His sweetheart comforts him tenderly. She declares her love for him, whether he has stretch marks on his backside or not.
