In the film "Det blir aldrig som man tänkt sig" (Shit Happens), the characters are served Spettekaka, a traditional culinary specialty from the southern Swedish province of Skåne.
Spettekaka is a type of dry, sweet "spit cake" baked in layers upon layers on a rotating skewer. It results in a large, conical pastry that is often very tall. The batter is traditionally made from egg yolks, sugar, and potato flour.
